Our work starts at the bid/proposal stage where we analyze and review projects to find the most effective and efficient way to accomplish our projects. We seek out quality resources to accomplish the work. We go into projects with intention so E2 Development and our Clients can achieve a common goal.

The Citadel

The Citadel ■ Charleston, SC 

  • E2 Development has been providing carpentry services for The Citadel.  The work includes renovating various facilities on the campus. 

  • Selective demolition of existing interior and exterior elements. 

  • The work included removing the existing façade and installing new finishes to the match the existing. 

  • Replacement of various doors and windows at multiple buildings.  

  • Our team encountered a severe termite infestation in one of the units, and we worked closely with the client to replace a significant portion of the existing materials.

St. John's High School ■ Johns Island, SC 

  • Selective Demolition

  • Removal of existing flooring and replacing with Texas Granite and Carpet

  • Modifications to the existing stair, and addition of a new CMU wall.

  • Installed Ballistic Resistant (BR) rated storefront system

  • Removal and Replacement of Existing Glass in Existing Storefront system.

  • Modifications to the existing millwork, and new millwork with new solid surface countertops.

Cumming-Group-Fit-Out

Cumming Group Fit Out ■ North Charleston, SC 

  • Renovation of 5,600 SF office space

  • Selective demolition

  • Removal of existing door and building a cased opening

  • Modifications and repairs to the existing millwork.

  • Painting

  • Carpet and Wall Base Install

  • Electrical modifications and additions for modular furniture installations. 

Berkeley County Senior Center

Berkeley Senior Center ■ North Charleston, SC 

  • This project was federally funded with a Community Block Development Grant (CBDG)

  • Selective Demolition

  • Removed and replaced existing flooring and wall base.

  • Installed all new millwork and countertops.

  • Install all new millwork and countertops.
  • Installed new accessible deep sink and faucet.
  • Provided and installed new kitchen ranges and exhaust hoods.
  • Refinished and painted all interior partitions.

Simmons Pinkney Art Kiln  ■ Charleston, SC 

  • This was a critical winter break project that was completed in less than 2 weeks.

  • Selective demolition the interior.

  • Installation of new art kiln, electrical requirements, and exhaust fan

  • Removal of existing flooring and installation of new tile flooring

  • Finished and painted the existing walls to comply with current CCSD standards
