Safety

E2 Development is committed to health and safety on and off our job sites.  Our company’s Construction Safety and Accident Prevention plan sets the policies for ensuring our workplace is healthy and safe for clients, subcontractors, employees, and visitors. 

Each project has a Construction Accident Prevention Plan (CAPP) that addresses project specific conditions and hazards. 

Our Supervisors and Managers are OSHA 30 certified, at a minimum, and all staff are CPR and First Aid Certified.

Our team reinforces safety during the project through toolbox meetings and bringing attention to hazards.

We closely monitor safety through every phase of construction, E2 Development’s site supervisors ensure all projects keep appropriate safety equipment readily available. 

Should problems arise then we correct them and take action to prevent reoccurrences – Everyone has the responsibility and authority to stop work.

Our office participates in hosting regular safety standdowns to maintain a focus on safety and accountability.
