Angel Oak Elementary School Restroom Project

E2 Development was contracted to deliver restroom additions at Angel Oak Elementary School on Johns Island, South Carolina. The hybrid Design-Build scope included the construction and fit-out of eight new restrooms, with E2 collaborating closely with the Architect of Record to streamline drawing submissions and accelerate delivery. The work also encompassed the installation of accessible grab bars and new mirrors, ensuring compliance and functionality for all users.
