Baptist Hill High School Renovations
E2 Development was contracted to perform interior renovations and exterior coating improvements at Baptist Hill High School in Hollywood, South Carolina. The interior scope included selective demolition, masonry wall modifications, and concrete placement for plumbing rough-ins, along with the installation of new doors, windows, and a storefront entry. Interior upgrades also incorporated new non-structural metal framing with sound insulation, drywall, painting, carpet tile, and the construction of a new restroom with associated plumbing, fixtures, and finishes.

• Selective demolition and masonry wall modifications
• Concrete placement for plumbing rough-ins
• Installation of new doors, windows, and a storefront entry - Interior upgrades involved:
• New non-structural metal framing with sound insulation
• Drywall, painting, and carpet tile
• Construction of a new restroom with plumbing, fixtures, and finishes - HVAC scope included duct reconfiguration, installation of a new exhaust fan, and a mini-split system
- Electrical scope included new LED fixtures, power, and switching, plus new fire alarm devices integrated with the existing system
- Exterior alternate included:
• Grinding and preparing concrete surfaces
• Applying epoxy primer with a polyaspartic quartz broadcast system - Project was phased around school operations and successfully fast-tracked while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule integrity
