Berkeley County Senior Center
E2 Development complied with Davis Bacon Wage requirements, and we submitted certified payrolls. The work included selective demolition, new painting, new flooring and wall base, new bathroom sinks and toilet partitions, new kitchen cabinets along with new ranges, hoods, and a commercial deep sink. This project will serve the community for years to come. We look forward to the opportunity to complete other projects for Berkeley County.
Scope of Work
- This project was federally funded with a Community Block Development Grant (CBDG)
- Selective Demolition
- Removed and replaced existing flooring and wall
- Installed all new millwork and countertops.
- Installed new accessible deep sink and faucet.
- Provided and installed new kitchen ranges and exhaust hoods.
- Refinished and painted all interior partitions.
