E2 Development is proud to collaborate with the Georgetown County Board of Disabilities and Special Needs on a facility refresh that focuses on upgrading existing spaces through improved finishes, lighting enhancements, ADA accessibility upgrades, and other interior improvements designed to better support the daily needs of staff and visitors. We’re excited to help modernize the facility while maintaining a safe and functional environment throughout construction.

Scope of Work

Three-phased renovations of activity rooms, kitchen and dining areas to minimize disruptions to occupants.
ADA upgrades throughout the facility
LED retrofit of existing fixtures
Wall repairs and repainting
Installation of architectural baffle ceiling systems
