Mount Pleasant Waterworks Lobby Renovation
E2 Development partnered with the Town of Mount Pleasant to complete the renovation of the Mount Pleasant Waterworks facility lobby. The project transformed the existing space through upgraded interior areas and the addition of new office spaces, turning underutilized square footage into a more purposeful and functional workspace. The completed renovation enhances both daily operations and the overall experience for staff and visitors within this essential public utility facility.
Scope of Work
- General renovation of the Waterworks facility lobby.
