Pepperhill Elementary School Parking Lot Repairs
E2 Development completed parking lot repairs and improvements at Pepperhill Elementary School, covering more than 83,000 square feet of surface area. The work included saw cutting and removing failed asphalt patches, patching with 2” hot mix asphalt, filling cracks, sealcoating, and restriping all existing parking lot lines to restore durability and functionality.
The project also addressed drainage by adding curb cuts and spillways in two locations. This work involved saw cutting curbs, installing concrete curb inlets, excavating trenches into wooded buffer areas, and placing nonwoven fabric with Class B rip rap to manage stormwater flow. Additional scope included restriping the rear track area to refresh its usability.
These improvements demonstrate E2 Development’s ability to deliver high-quality site work with careful coordination, attention to detail, and a focus on client operational needs. The successful completion of this project highlights our commitment to supporting educational facilities with safe, functional, and well-planned upgrades.
