Rogue Motion Boat Dealership Renovations
E2 Development delivered site and building improvements to support the boat service center, including grading, stormwater upgrades, and installation of new piping to redirect water away from the facility. The project also included 1,000 linear feet of new chain link fencing with secure gates, roof repairs, and exterior metal panel restoration. Interior work featured restroom upgrades, selective demolition, and electrical modernization with new panels, lighting, and power distribution to current code.
Scope of Work
- Provided site improvements to improve grading and stormwater management.
- Provided resources to clean the existing stormwater management system.
- Provided and installed new piping to bring storm water away from the building.
- Provided and installed 1000 linear feet of chain link fencing along with a new double-swing gate and a sliding aluminum gate.
- Patched and repaired the roof to stop water infiltration.
- Renovated existing bathroom- new fixtures, plumbing, and painting.
- Patched, repaired, and painted the existing metal panel building.
- Provided selective demolition to improve the building and support the functions of the boat service center.
- Removed existing electrical and installed new panels, new light fixtures, and power to bring the electrical up to current code
