St. Paul’s Fire District Station 1 Bathroom Renovations

The final product provided more showers, improved plumbing, and all new finishes throughout the bathrooms, and E2 Development was able to complete this project while the station was occupied and functional. 

Scope of Work

  • E2 Development provided labor, materials, and equipment to renovate three (3) bathrooms.  The work included upgrading the existing and providing added showers.   
  • E2 Development provided drawings for client approval and to obtain a building permit.   
  •  Selective Demolition 
  • Concrete cutting and placement to install new plumbing. 
  • Provided and installed new plumbing fixtures throughout.   
  • Provided and installed new tile flooring and walls at the shower stalls.   
  • Provided and installed new toilet accessories and toilet partitions.
